Ismelly has a BBA from Intec University in D.R., also is a professional Classical Ballet Dancer and Instructor, and the  founder of Miami Classic Ballet.

Ismelly has been with the Miami Dojo since its foundation in 2000.

 Sensei  Francisco Ramos                        BB#56

Started his Miyama-ryu career in 1970 in the Tremont Judo Dojo.  There he studied directly under the teaching of Shinan Antonio Pereira.  In April 27^th 1973 he attained the level of Okuiri black belt and his black belt number is 56.  Later in August of 1975 he received a teaching certificate from Shinan Pereira and used to assist in the teaching in the Tremont dojo.  In 1979 Sensei Ramos moved to Miami Florida and in 1982 taught  Miyama-ryu for approximately 1 year in the Miami Aikikai dojo in Coral Gables Florida with Sensei Nelson Andujar (black belt number 44).  After a 25 year layoff, in 2007 Sensei Ramos returned to the mat at the Miyama-ryu of Miami, Florida Dojo under the guidance of Shihan Omar Echavarria and in 2008 was awarded the Yudansha of year at this dojo where he still practices.
